Resilience And Art Therapy Workshop
Resilience is not a goal but a way of life. The way we deal with difficult situations in our lives allows us to create personal traits that can be applied to different situations and can last a lifetime.
In the Resilience and Art therapy Workshop you will learn about Post Traumatic Stress and relational trauma, understand what Resilience is, and learn the six dimensions of coping to help you create Resilience going forward. You will also participate in an Art Therapy activity that will allow you to express and integrate traumatic situations or experiences.
